The following files may be downloaded. Some of the files are patterns for a block or an entire project, or just instructions on how to create a neat item.
The Churn Dash Block link leads to a different website with instructions for the desired 6-1/2" unfinished block (6" finished). There is an error in the cutting instructions in Step 1; instead of cutting strips 1" wide, cut them 1-1/2" wide. Other cutting instructions appear ok (cutting squares at 3-1/2" for the half-square triangles is generous, but not incorrect; you could cut the squares as small as 2-7/8" if you sew perfect 1/4" seams). After following the link to that site, you can print those instructions out by using your Internet browser's print function (usually "print" from the File menu).
All other pattern files are in PDF (Portable Document Format), which requires the use of a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can get the installation file and instructions at Adobe's website.
