Days and Times

Our guild meetings are held twice weekly.

• Night Group meets Monday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

• Day Group meets Thursday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon

Most members attend one or the other meeting, but some attend both! Visitors are always welcome and anyone interested may join the guild at any time.

Our typical meeting runs about two hours. The meeting room is set with long tables and members work on their own quilts or other handwork, assist other members with quilt basting, or browse the lending library. Sometimes we have refreshments...and we always laugh a lot! About one hour into our meeting, we bring it to order and cover business items and Show-and-Tell. We generally spend the first meeting of each month working on Love Quilts.

Special Events

Installation of officers, at which time we may have a potluck supper or luncheon.

Holiday parties are held in December.

Silent auction held in the fall to benefit the First Presbyterian Church's Thanksgiving baskets project, which directly benefits our local community.

Snow Policy

If Howard County schools are closed due to inclement weather, there is no meeting that day. If Howard County Schools have a delayed opening, the Thursday Group does not meet. If Howard County Schools close early, the Monday group does not meet.
