"Gracie", whose AKA registered name was Amazing Grace, was a very special friend. Gentle, friendly, and very loving, not once in her life did she ever growl at any person or animal, not even a cat. She wagged her tail at all creatures, great and small. We miss her greatly. She is a breed known as Great Pyrenees. To make the quilt, I used freezer paper templates for construction, and pieced it using numerous, mostly white, fabrics. The quilt was machine quilted using the stippling technique. |
